Shipping Policy

1. Shipping methods

All our Services (personalized animated films, personalized songs, etc.) are delivered exclusively electronically, by email. No physical shipment of the film is made.

As an option, a physical gift card with a QR code may be shipped to the address of your choice. In this case, the shipping costs and delivery times for the card are specified at the time of ordering.

2. Delivery time

The standard delivery time is 3 business days from receipt of all the information required to create your film (photos, names, occasion, desired story, selected style).

An Express 24h Delivery option is available for €39, provided that all information has been supplied at the time of ordering.

However, these timeframes may vary in the event of high demand, particular project complexity, or unforeseen events. Film Personnalisé undertakes to inform the Customer as soon as possible in the event of a delay.

3. Required information

To ensure fast delivery, the Customer must provide, at the time of ordering, all the information requested in the form:

• one or more usable photos of the characters,
• the names of the characters,
• the occasion (birthday, wedding, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, etc.),
• the desired story and atmosphere,
• the selected animation style (Pixar, Claymation, Lego-like, Simpson).

In the event of missing, incomplete, or late information, the delivery time will begin from the complete receipt of these elements.

4. Delivery confirmation

Once the Service is finalized, the Customer will receive a confirmation email containing an HD (1080p) download link for the personalized film.

It is the Customer’s responsibility to check that the email has been properly received (including in spam or junk folders) and to report any issue within 7 days of sending.

5. YouTube upload (option)

If the Customer has subscribed to the YouTube upload option (€15), a viewing link will be sent by email in addition to the download file.
